Those who lack strength of character, who have failed to establish a genuine sense of self, often try to disguise this internal weakness by appearing overly strong.

They are the ones who unnecessarily push people around, who cannot take orders or advice from anyone, who refuse put their egos aside and submit in the face of certain defeat.

These types, whilst appearing to be strong, capable leaders, are in fact incredibly insecure—and therefore dangerous.
