As we know, the human brain is a fascinating and complex creation.
It is both a burden and blessing in our lives.
It provides us with the ability to think and function, to imagine and strategise.
It also creates fictional scenarios and false narratives that lead to emotional biases and poor decision-making, causing us great stress and anxiety.
Our minds are full of similar contradictions.
One of the most prominent is our natural conflict between rationality and emotionality.
