Caught up in the emotions of anger, we often presume that expressing these feelings in the most unhinged manner is the best way to either regain some of the respect we have lost or punish those who have let us down.
As such, we willingly lose our cool, allowing ourselves to blow off steam, both to satisfy our own frustrations and with the hope of teaching those around us a lesson.
The problem with the angry response, however, is that at first it may strike fear and terror in a few, but as the days pass and the storm clears, other responses emerge.
