Charisma is a fairly ambiguous term.

We know people who are charismatic, but often we struggle to determine exactly what makes them charismatic, and so we conclude their addictive presence is the result of luck or a natural gift.

However, this notion of charisma as a by-product of chance or genetics is not actually true, and the phenomenon of charisma can in fact be specifically defined, in turn making it accessible to all of us.
