In recent times especially, we have been convinced that traits such as IQ, social status, ruthlessness, and similar are what bring us most success.
Whilst of course these traits play a part in dictating the outcomes we achieve in life, there is a far more important trait that vastly surpasses all of these superficial characteristics.
And, as with all good things, this trait is one that frequently lies hidden, disregarded by the easily distracted masses.
This important attribute is, of course, character.
In order to understand the importance of this elusive trait, however, we must first decipher what exactly “character” means.
